Grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino and carefully selected from a variety of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor beans, sourced from the lush regions of Piura and Amazonas in Peru. Grown at high altitudes ranging from 1100-1700 meters, the beans are nurtured in clay mineral-rich soils and then expertly gully washed and dried in the warm sun to enhance their unique flavors.
